Associate Attorney, Litigation

The law firm of Barrett & Matura, P.C. is looking to hire a litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience. We are a fun, family-oriented, and growing boutique law firm located in north Scottsdale that specializes in general commercial litigation, public entity representation, cannabis disputes, commercial transactions, and insurance law throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California.

Ideal qualifications include strong writing and interpersonal skills and the ability to critically analyze disputed legal issues. This position will work on a variety of litigation disputes, manage cases, and interact with clients. Trial and courtroom experience is a plus, but not required. This position is also flexible regarding remote work, but the expectation is that most days will be in-person to foster collaboration, teamwork, and training.
