Associate Attorney-Litigation

Job Summary

Small law firm is seeking a full time associate who has 3-5 years experience as a litigator. The position is one that requires drafting letters, complaints, motions, responses to motions, discovery, responses to discovery as well as depositions, hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trial. Salary will be commensurate with experience. Successful candidates are those individuals with a quick learning curve and a strong work ethic who have good judgment and are reliable and dependable. Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
