Associate Attorney - Litigation

Sweeney, Reich & Bolz, LLP is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in New York
• 1-3 years of litigation experience, specifically in the areas of personal injury and/or Sexual Assault/Sexual Harassment/Child Victim's Act Litigation, including depositions and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
• Ability to draft and revise motions and legal briefs; respond to discovery requests and subpoenas
• Ability to interact and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience with time management systems
• Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook

Salary Range: 110,000 - 150,000 commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
