Associate Attorney, Litigation

Warren Law Firm, PLLC is a Pasco County based litigation firm dedicated to high-quality, ethical, and sustainable legal practice. The firm emphasizes quality over quantity, maintaining manageable caseloads and handling challenging, engaging, and, where appropriate, precedent-setting legal matters.

We are currently seeking an associate attorney with a strong interest in litigation in Florida state court. The successful candidate will demonstrate intelligence, initiative, sound judgment, and a practical, problem-solving mindset. At least five years of experience litigating in Florida state court is preferred.

Consistent with the firm’s commitment to professional autonomy and ethical practice, the associate attorney will have substantial responsibility and discretion, including the ability to communicate directly with clients and participate meaningfully in strategic decision-making on assigned matters. This position is well suited for a capable, independent litigator seeking to join a stable and principled practice.

Salary: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
