Forum & Lex P.C., a California-based law firm, is urgently seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in San Francisco or surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is ready to take on responsibility and grow under the mentorship of a highly experienced senior counsel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake, consultations, and case management.
• Support litigation, motion practice, and hearings under senior attorney supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong commitment to professional growth and client advocacy.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation: $80,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
