Associate Attorney — Medical Malpractice Defense (need (1) attorney for each location - Miami, West Palm Beach & Jacksonville)

An AV Preeminent–rated Florida defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2.5–5 years of experience defending medical malpractice claims. The firm handles litigation and appeals in all Florida state and federal courts and maintains seven offices statewide.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Ability to manage cases from NOI (Notice of Intent) through trial
• Strong legal writing and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Requirements

• 2.5–5 years of medical malpractice defense experience
• Florida Bar admission (required)
