Associate Attorney - Midtown Boutique Landlord/Tenant Firm

Prepare briefs, pleadings, administrative DHCR filings, and court appearances.

Must have law degree from an accredited law school
Admission to and a member in good standing of the NYS Bar
3 years litigation experience - L&T exp given preference

Salary 140,000 to 160,000
90% of employee medical insurance paid for
