This position is Part Time, and can be performed remotely.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Performing legal research</li><li>Reviewing contracts, incident reports, complaints, and tender demands</li><li>Providing legal opinions on contractual obligations, including indemnification</li></ul>​​Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years experience</li><li>Previous experience in contract/indemnification</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Additional Information: <ul><li>PART TIME - Remote/hybrid options available</li><li>Salary based on experience</li></ul>Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
