Associate Attorney-Personal Injury

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury. This role requires exceptional legal research and writing skills, as well as proficiency in legal drafting and the use of research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis. The Associate Attorney will work closely with clients, providing legal advice and representation while contributing to the overall success of our firm.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on various cases and issues.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation in accordance with firm policies.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on case progress.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting practice areas.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for trial or settlement discussions.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Washington.
- Experience or coursework in personal injury law is preferred.
- Strong legal writing skills with a proven ability to draft clear and persuasive documents.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
