COMPENSATION: Starting at $100, 000 base + fees on contingency

Position Summary

We seek a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. The attorney will handle personal injury cases from filing through trial preparation under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys. This role offers immediate hands-on experience, client contact, and courtroom exposure.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent client service while communicating with clients and providing regular case updates.

Drafting case-related pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents.

Taking and defending depositions, including parties, witnesses, and experts (we will train, and we encourage collaborative preparation and strategy sessions to ensure a thorough and favorable deposition)

Assisting in preparing cases for trial, including pretrial motions, trial briefs, direct/cross examination outlines, as well as the opportunity to participate in trial.

Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff on case strategy and trial preparation.

Qualifications

Active Nevada Bar license required.

1–2 years of litigation experience preferred, and former judicial law clerks are strongly encouraged to apply.

Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, and a desire to learn and constantly improve.

Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple cases.
