Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate attorney with 5–10 years of litigation experience, including at least 2 years in personal injury, to join their plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney ready to handle meaningful litigation, contribute to high-impact cases, and grow within a supportive and mission-driven firm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range: In accordance with California’s pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is between $140,000-$180,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a docket of litigated and pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Handle discovery, depositions, mediations, court appearances, and trial where necessary.
• Work closely with partners on case strategy and trial prep.
• Communicate regularly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of civil litigation experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach to client advocacy, grounded in practical solutions.
• Dedicated to social justice and placing clients at the center of legal strategies.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
