Associate Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation

Highly-regarded Pasadena personal injury firm seeks Associate Attorney for in-office position where primary duties will include

1) Writing and preparing demand packages

2) Negotiating and settling claims

3) With occasional telephonic court hearings and minimal pleading preparation such as summons/complaints, declarations, case management statements, and minors compromise

THIS IS AN IDEAL POSITION FOR THE LICENSED ATTORNEY WITH STRONG NEGOTIATION AND IMPECCABLE PERSUASIVE WRITING SKILLS WHO PREFERS A NON-LITIGATION POSITION. THOSE WITH A JURIS DOCTORATE DEGREE ARE ALSO WELCOME TO APPLY.

If you enjoy preparing and helping curate well-crafted demand letters with the help of demand writers to maximize case value, this is the position for you.

If you enjoy chatting with adjusters and defense attorneys on the phone to reach reasonable and appropriate settlements, this is the position for you.
