Position: Associate Attorney – Probate, Trust & Conservatorship Litigation

Location: Irvine, CA (In-Office Only)

Starting Salary: $155,000–$168,000 + Bonuses

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in probate, trust, and conservatorship litigation
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and trial documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Manage discovery and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated support team
• Gain courtroom experience quickly under strong mentorship

What You Bring

• Active California Bar license (just passed? Perfect.)
• Completed MPRE and Moral Character
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Professionalism, initiative, and hunger to learn
