Job description

Sternshein Legal Group, LLP is a respected 41-year-old boutique law firm located in Orange County, CA, that focuses on Healthcare Transactions.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney who will report to a Partner who specializes in representing closely-held businesses and providing transactional, finance, real estate, and regulatory advice.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Finance, AR, LOC, Merger, Acquisitions transactions
  • Ability to close complex commercial real estate transactions independently
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate clearly and prioritize practical issues for clients.
  • Self-starter
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues on a range of practice group topics
  • Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Finance Documents and Security Instruments
  • Corporate Filings, Consents, and Resolutions

Required Qualifications:

  • J.D. and an active California Bar license
  • 5 years of experience as a licensed California attorney
  • 5 years commercial real estate and transactions experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $135,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
