Associate Attorney – Real Estate Law

Toner Law, a boutique real estate-focused law firm in Center City Philadelphia, is looking for an associate attorney with one to five years of experience to join our growing litigation team.

If you're passionate about real estate, civil litigation and land development and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment - we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

· Work on active real estate litigation cases from day one

· Assist in drafting pleadings, discovery, and motion practice

· Appear in court on matters like quiet title actions, zoning appeals, Act 135 conservatorships, and commercial litigation

· Learn from experienced litigators while developing autonomy and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

· Demonstrated interest in real estate law, civil litigation, or land development

· Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills

· Familiarity with AI-powered legal research tools and case management software, with a readiness to leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy

· Ready to grow in a demanding, high-volume environment

· Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania

· Admitted to practice in New Jersey a plus
