Role: Full-time, on-site (Irvine, CA) Junior Associate Attorney handling trust, probate, and civil litigation matters with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, handle discovery, depositions, motions, and court appearances.
• Support mediation strategy and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and manage client communications.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and manage multiple cases.

Requirements:

• J.D. (ABA-accredited) and active CA law license.
• 1+ year of litigation experience.
• Experience with pleadings, law & motion, discovery, and evidence review.
• Knowledge of CCP and Evidence Code.
• Strong writing, research, organization, and work ethic.
• Ability to meet billables, work independently and in teams, and maintain client relationships.
• Active involvement in the legal community.

Preferred: Probate Code familiarity, mediation/trial experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Westlaw, and Zoom.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
