Associate Attorney - Trusts & Estates, Real Estate, Probate

Job Overview
We are seeking an associate attorney to handle transactions in real property sales, deeds, probate, trusts, wills, estate plans, powers of attorney, and LLC formation. The attorney must be licensed in Hawaii, but is allowed to reside anywhere in the world, provided that the attorney is available during Hawaii regular business hours.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research using online tools.
• Draft and review legal documents.
• Provide legal advice in real estate transactions, deeds, probate, trusts, wills, estate plans, powers of attorney, and LLC formation
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients to update them on case progress and respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Hawaii.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,154.83 - $130,000.00 per year
