Position Highlights

• Hybrid Work Environment: Enjoy a flexible work arrangement that combines the best of remote and in-office work. This position can be based in our Los Angeles or San Francisco offices or can be fully remote.

• Ownership & Impact: You’ll handle significant case responsibilities, including drafting briefs, managing discovery, taking depositions, appearing in court, and contributing at trial.

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar License
• Minimum 2 years’ civil defense litigation experience, including pleadings, motion practice, depositions, written discovery, and case management.
• Experience with California Warranty Law, including the Song-Beverly Act and related statutes.
• Exceptional research, writing, and advocacy skills with a passion for litigation.
• Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Proven track record of producing top-quality legal work and maintaining excellent client relationships.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and ownership mentality in handling projects.
