A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Workplace Injury Law practice in Pittston, PA. This position is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience handling workplace injury cases, who is ready to manage cases independently, engage with clients, and continue developing litigation expertise in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of workplace injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and develop effective case strategies.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Pennsylvania Bar admission (required).
• 3-5 years of experience handling workplace injury or similar claims.
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
