Role Overview

As an Associate – Audience Acquisition , you will be at the helm of driving delegate participation and engagement for flagship education events. The role demands a balance of research-driven outreach, stakeholder management, project execution, and digital presence enhancement to ensure the success of both marquee and custom projects.


Key Responsibilities

Delegate Acquisition & Engagement

  • Identify, research, and engage decision-makers and influencers in the education ecosystem.
  • Initiate strategic outreach campaigns to secure delegate participation.
  • Drive meaningful conversations to strengthen ET Education’s network of leaders and institutions.


Custom Projects

  • Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to design tailored initiatives.
  • Translate client needs into impactful project deliverables.
  • Manage timelines and ensure seamless execution.


Project Management

  • Lead projects from planning to closure with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Align cross-functional teams towards common outcomes.


Digital & Website Management

  • Oversee timely updates on the ET Education website for content, events, and campaigns.
  • Enhance user experience and ensure information accuracy.
  • Coordinate with design/tech teams for improvements and performance optimization.


Major Events & Leadership Outreach

  • Craft acquisition strategies for flagship summits and conclaves.
  • Network with high-profile leaders, policymakers, and academicians.
  • Personalize outreach and coordinate logistics to deliver a premium delegate experience.


Database Building & Insights

  • Build and manage a robust delegate database with accuracy and compliance.
  • Leverage data insights to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Support reporting and analytics for stakeholder visibility.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Media, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in delegate acquisition, events, or audience development.
  • Exposure to the education or media/events industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital outreach tools and website content management is an advantage.
