Associate Backend Developer

We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Backend Developer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–6 months of development experience (or internship experience) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the design and development of web applications.
• Implement and test new features under supervision.
• Write clean, maintainable code while learning best practices and coding standards.
• Support in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing performance.
• Stay curious and updated about new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 3–6 months of experience (including internships) in software development.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language such as (Node.js, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Elixir, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, C#, Go.)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write basic queries.
• Understanding of web development principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems is a plus.
