Associate Bankruptcy Attorney

We are seeking an Associate Bankruptcy Attorney with at least 2 years of consumer bankruptcy experience to join our team in Michigan. This position is not remote and requires in-office presence.

Responsibilities:

• Handle consumer bankruptcy matters from intake through resolution.
• Advise and represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Appear in court hearings, trustee meetings, and other proceedings.
• Provide clients with clear communication and excellent service.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Michigan and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of consumer bankruptcy law experience.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively.

Compensation:

• $45,000 – $55,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience.
• Benefits package available.

Schedule:

• Full-time, in-office role.
