Associate BD

We are looking for a confident and motivated BD Associate (LinkedIn Specialist) with 0–1 year of experience. This role is ideal for female candidates who possess excellent communication skills and are eager to build a career in business development through LinkedIn-based outreach and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn and related tools
• Send connection requests, follow-ups, and professional outreach messages
• Communicate effectively with potential clients via LinkedIn and email
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up schedules
• Coordinate with the senior business development team for lead handover
• Prepare basic outreach and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory)
• Professional and confident communication style
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn for business networking
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools
• Interest in IT / software services sales
