Duties
- Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and direct outreach, to promote benefits products and services
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs to recommend tailored insurance and benefits solutions
- Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Provide clear explanations of benefits administration processes while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for sensitive health information
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance outreach efforts across multilingual markets and diverse communities
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, demonstrating strong negotiation and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, or related fields is highly desirable
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively serve diverse client populations are a significant advantage
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions confidently
- Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns that target potential clients or customers
- Knowledge of sales management tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex benefits concepts clearly and professionally

Pay: $74,299.46 - $93,349.89 per year
