Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients for group health, life, and OPD insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, and corporate stakeholders.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product briefings to pitch insurance solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain updated sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Prior experience in corporate or health insurance sales is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
