Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new corporate clients for group health, life, and OPD insurance products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR heads, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product briefings to pitch insurance solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closing.
  • Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain updated sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • Prior experience in corporate or health insurance sales is strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
