Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Associate Business Analyst who has a strong interest in technical documentation, product understanding, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality documentation and support product clarity across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Documentation

• Create clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation, including user guides, product manuals, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge-base articles.
• Develop high-quality technical blogs, how-to guides, and product-focused content for internal and external audiences.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly language without losing accuracy.

Product & Requirement Analysis

• Work with product managers and engineering teams to collect requirements, understand new features, and document them effectively.
• Assist in creating functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and workflow diagrams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with SMEs, developers, QA, and support teams to ensure technical accuracy and completeness of all documents.
• Maintain documentation libraries and ensure they are updated based on product changes or customer feedback.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Review existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and alignment with product updates.
• Ensure that all documentation follows company standards, tone, and style guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (CSE/IT/ECE or related field).
• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or documentation-related roles.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Basic understanding of software products, IT systems, or technical workflows.
• Ability to create structured, organized, and accurate documentation.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and gather information effectively from different teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience writing documentation or content in cybersecurity, data security, or enterprise IT domains.
• Familiarity with technologies like Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, APIs , etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Markdown , or other web documentation formats.
• Experience using tools like Confluence, GitBook, Notion, ReadMe , or similar documentation platforms.
• Understanding of SDLC, product development, and IT terminology.
