Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support business operations, gather requirements, and assist in delivering process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to analyze business needs and help implement effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Assist in creating business process flows, user stories, and use cases.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and project goals.
• Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business teams.
• Analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Maintain project documentation and meeting notes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Finance, or IT domains is a plus.
