Are you interested in both business analysis and data analytics? We’re looking for an Associate Business Data Analyst to support reporting, testing, and requirements documentation for projects that improve business processes and systems.

In this role, you’ll work with business users and technical teams to create dashboards, validate system changes, and document requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in analytics, business analysis, and project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, logging issues, and validating results.
• Assist with gap analysis by comparing current business processes with proposed system enhancements.
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process workflows.
• Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Help ensure that processes and system changes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience.
• Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Internship experience in business analysis, data analysis, quality assurance, or reporting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Understanding of compliance or regulated business environments.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
