ACMA professional is responsible for financial planning, cost control, budgeting, and strategic decision-making support. The role focuses on analyzing financial data, improving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights
- Support strategic planning and business decision-making
2. Cost & Management Accounting
- Monitor and control operational costs
- Analyze cost structures and recommend improvements
- Prepare cost reports for different departments
3. Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)
- Assist in audits (internal & external)
4. Business Support
- Work closely with management to improve profitability
- Evaluate investment opportunities and project feasibility
- Provide financial insights for operational decisions
5. Risk Management & Controls
- Identify financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Ensure internal controls are implemented effectively
Qualifications & Requirements
- ACMA qualification (from CIMA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience (depending on role level)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
