Associate CMS Developer (WordPress)

Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates to deliver exceptional design and web development services, enhancing brand identities worldwide. We are seeking an Associate CMS & Web Developer with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Elementor, WP Bakery, Gutenberg, CMS theme customization to join our team at our Gulberg 3 office in Lahore.

Responsibilities

1. Code Development & Maintenance

• Write clean, well-commented, and maintainable code/templates following platform-specific standards.
• Document theme modifications, code structure, and basic processes as instructed.
• Participate in code/template reviews and apply feedback from senior developers.

2. CMS Customization & Implementation

• Implement features and fixes based on clearly defined requirements and Figma designs.
• Translate Figma components into responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within CMS themes.
• Customize and modify CMS themes according to project needs.

3. Platform-Specific Development

WordPress:

• Customize themes and implement design changes.
• Work with Gutenberg blocks.
• Implement basic custom post types and custom fields.
• Interact with REST APIs for content display.

Shopify:

• Modify Liquid templates and add basic sections.
• Utilize theme settings effectively.
• Integrate content using Storefront APIs where required.

Wix:

• Implement design elements within Wix templates.
• Use Corvid/Velo for basic dynamic content implementation.

4. Debugging & Troubleshooting

• Assist in debugging and resolving CMS-related issues such as theme conflicts and plugin errors.
• Perform basic troubleshooting within platform environments.

5. Collaboration & Learning

• Collaborate closely with designers and team members to understand requirements and design specifications.
• Actively learn new CMS features, frontend best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least two CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Wix).
• Basic knowledge of templating languages such as PHP (WordPress) and Liquid (Shopify).
• Ability to interpret and implement Figma designs accurately.
• Version control knowledge (Git).
• Basic understanding of APIs and how to consume them for displaying dynamic content.
• Strong eagerness to learn and grow.
• High attention to detail.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore.
• Office Hours: 12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
• Office Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays).
• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on skills and experience).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
