Associate - Commercial & Contractual Lawyer

Join Aishani Partners, a new-age boutique firm co-founded by an award-winning IP, TMT & commercial lawyer. We’re expanding our Corporate Commercial team in Bengaluru and looking for smart, motivated associates who love solving complex business problems through law.

Role focus:-

Work across:

• General corporate & commercial
• Data protection / privacy
• Media & entertainment
• Employment law
• IP-driven transactions & technology deals

You’ll draft, review, and negotiate a wide spectrum of agreements and handle day-to-day advisory for fast-growing businesses and established brands.

What you’ll bring:-

Experience: 1–4 years in the areas above, with hands-on contracting experience.

Education: LL.B. from a recognized university (LL.M. is a plus).

Skills:

• Sharp legal + commercial judgment
• Client-handling confidence and reliability
• Strong drafting, analytical and organizational skills
• Clear written & verbal communication
• Team player mindset
• Working proficiency in MS Office

Compensation

Competitive salary and benefits, aligned with market standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
