About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our complex litigation practice in New York. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile, precedent-setting cases while taking on meaningful responsibilities early in your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and litigate complex cases on behalf of clients
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and support case strategy
• Collaborate with team members on large-scale litigation matters
• Take initiative and contribute to impactful reforms in corporate practices

Qualifications

• JD (2020–2024 graduates) and admission to the New York Bar
• Experience in complex litigation (securities litigation not required)
• Strong academic record; clerkship experience a plus
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
