Job Overview

Our client, a boutique management consulting firm with a strong presence in the Middle East, is seeking Consultants / Associates to join their growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia . The firm partners with public and private sector clients, with a strong focus on financial services , delivering strategy, transformation, and performance improvement engagements.

In this role, you will support and lead workstreams across consulting engagements, particularly within banking, insurance, and financial institutions , contributing to structured problem-solving, analysis, and client delivery. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders on high-impact initiatives across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of consulting engagements across financial services and other sectors , from problem definition through implementation.
• Conduct market, industry, and financial analysis to generate data-driven insights.
• Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and business cases, particularly for banking and financial services clients .
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to drive project outcomes.
• Participate in client workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions within financial institutions.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and coordination.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams as experience grows, especially on financial services transformation initiatives .

Ideal Candidate

• 3–6 years of experience in management consulting or a related advisory role.
• Exposure to financial services (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structuring skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
• Prior experience in the Middle East or KSA is a strong advantage.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh .
