Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Counsel with approximately 3 years of in-house legal experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various business functions, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and help manage legal risks in a fast-paced, global technology environment. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, procurement, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sales, procurement, partnership, NDAs, and licensing agreements.

· Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment matters.

· Support business units in day-to-day legal inquiries and strategic initiatives.

· Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and compliance programs.

· Manage and coordinate external counsel as needed.

· Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations, particularly in California and other key jurisdictions.

· Support dispute resolution and litigation management.

· Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

· Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.

· Approximately 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house within a technology, manufacturing, or telecommunications company.

· Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

· Experience with international business transactions is a plus.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-legal teams.

· Proactive, business-minded, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

· High integrity, strong judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Bilingual (English/Chinese)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
