The Associate - Custodial role is crucial for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning duties, including mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness of furniture, including dusting and polishing.
• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery, such as floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Demonstrate time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of cleaning products and their proper usage.
• General knowledge of sanitation and disinfecting practices.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated professionalism and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with commercial cleaning is beneficial.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping or maid services.
• Familiarity with various cleaning machinery.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of operations and management principles.
