Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze customer feedback data (NPS, VoC) across multiple channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with external agencies for research and analytics.

Prepare CX performance reports and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
-
Integrate VoC insights with business KPIs and support ongoing CX initiatives and product strategies.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing
, or related fields.

1–2
years of experience in Data Science, Customer Experience, Market Research, or Data Analytics.

Experience in managing or coordinating with external data/research agencies is a strong plus.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and data management systems.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
-
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
