Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and analyze customer feedback data (NPS, VoC) across multiple channels to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with external agencies for research and analytics.
  • Prepare CX performance reports and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Integrate VoC insights with business KPIs and support ongoing CX initiatives and product strategies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing , or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Data Science, Customer Experience, Market Research, or Data Analytics.
  • Experience in managing or coordinating with external data/research agencies is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and data management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
