Job Summary:

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. This position focuses on identifying trends, generating insights, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting various departments by transforming raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards.

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for management and stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor data quality, ensure accuracy, and maintain data integrity across systems.
• Analyze business performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and revenue growth.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and conduct deep-dive analysis as required by senior management.
• Assist in automating reports and improving existing data processes.
• Document methodologies, reports, and data definitions for consistency and transparency.

Experience & Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
