Job Description

What we’re looking for:

iENGINEERING is currently seeking an ideal candidate who will assume the responsibility of leveraging AI pipelines to manipulate data across diverse projects. This individual will play a key role in identifying and addressing any issues within the pipeline, while also maintaining performance analytics to guarantee optimal functionality.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

Utilize AI pipelines to manipulate, process, and analyze data across multiple projects based on specific requirements.
Leverage GIS tools such as QGIS and ArcGIS for advanced geospatial data analysis and visualization.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within AI pipelines, including data quality discrepancies, algorithmic errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Track key metrics, develop Grafana dashboards, and analyze operational data to optimize the balance between automated and manual processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members regarding the configuration, usage, and maintenance of AI pipelines.
Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills by serving as a bridge between Service Delivery and the AI team for smooth project execution.
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and best practices in AI, GIS, and data analytics.
Ensure compliance with data security policies and maintain high standards of data integrity across all AI pipeline operations.

What you’ll bring along:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, AI pipelines, or related technical roles.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data processing, with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, GeoPandas, and Shapely.
Experience working with geospatial data, including tools like QGIS, ArcGIS, and other ESRI products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
Experience in performance analytics, dashboarding, or deriving actionable insights from data.
Knowledge of Transportation Infrastructure or Asset Management domains is a plus.
Certifications in AI, data analytics, or related areas are considered an advantage.
