Associate Data/AI EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Associate Data / AI Engineer to support the development of data pipelines, AI-powered applications, and intelligent automation solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates who can combine data engineering fundamentals with practical AI/LLM capabilities, particularly in building scalable and production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage data pipeline orchestration, including scheduling, retries, and logging
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, focusing on accuracy, latency, and cost
• Optimize AI systems for performance and cost (token usage, caching, batching)
• Monitor, debug, and maintain production-grade AI systems and pipelines
• Develop and support AI solutions such as:
• Document processing systems
• Chatbots / internal copilots
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Work with APIs to integrate AI capabilities into applications
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis
• Maintain proper version control using Git
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Software Engineering / Computer Sciences

• Hands-on experience with:

AI / LLM Engineering
