Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive dental services with the support of hygienists and assistants.
• Provide patient-focused care to children (primary patient base) and adults.
• Utilize modern technologies, including digital x-rays, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in ongoing training and compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management standards.
• Engage in collaborative team huddles and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Promote oral health and preventive care through patient and community engagement.

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state of employment (or eligibility for licensure).
• Certifications as required (e.g., CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide certification in applicable states).
• Compassionate and patient-focused, with a strong desire to care for children and families.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and community involvement.
