The Role

Responsibilities:

• Perform exams and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver restorative, preventive, and surgical dental services
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive practices
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and front office staff
• Maintain accurate records and high clinical standards
• Stay current with dental best practices and advancements

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active Texas dental license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Open to both experienced dentists and new graduates
