32 Gentle Dental, located on Blairs Ferry Rd in Cedar Rapids, is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our patient-focused team. We proudly serve families across Eastern Iowa, providing comprehensive dental care including family dentistry, cosmetic services, and emergency treatments. Our office is equipped with modern technology such as state-of-the-art digital x-rays, digital charts, intraoral cameras, and HDTV patient education systems. With an on-site ceramic and denture lab, we are able to provide efficient, high-quality care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering advanced dental care with a gentle touch.

Earning structure:

  • Base salary of $200,000

Schedule for the Associate Dentist:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

*Schedule would be 4 days per week

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Associate Dentist:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred - New Grads Welcomed
  • Active dental license in the state of Illinois
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills across a wide range of general dentistry procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment
  • Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and accurately diagnose oral health conditions
  • Perform a variety of general dentistry procedures, including restorations, extractions, crowns, bridges, and root canals
  • Deliver routine dental care such as exams, cleanings, and preventive treatments with a high level of clinical precision and compassion
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s oral health needs and goals
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and long-term dental wellness
  • Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with industry and regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with all OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile clinical environment
  • Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff to ensure efficient and seamless patient care
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members as needed to support a positive and cohesive work environment

Pay: From $200,000.00 per year
