Compensation

  • 30% of Net Production (gross production less contractual adjustments, professional courtesies, and write-offs consistent with PPO participation).
  • $600 daily guarantee for the first 12 months.
  • Compensation reconciled monthly; you’ll always receive the higher of Net Production % or the guarantee.

Benefits

  • Malpractice Insurance: Practice-paid ($1M/$3M coverage). Tail coverage provided if employed for at least 24 months.
  • Health Insurance Stipend: $250/month.
  • License & DEA Fees: Paid annually by the Practice.
  • Continuing Education: $5,000 annual allowance for approved CE (including travel/lodging).
  • Retirement: 401(k) with 3% employer match, eligible after 12 months.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Year 1: One week of scheduled work days (e.g., 4 days if scheduled 4 days/week).
  • Year 2+: Two weeks of scheduled work days annually.
  • PTO paid at $500/day.
  • Up to two additional weeks of unpaid vacation available.
  • PTO must be scheduled 60 days in advance (except emergencies).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $156,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
