Associate Dentist

We are looking for a Associate Dentist with Minimum Guaranteed to join our team in Fee-for-service / PPO practice.

Established Boutique dental practice with a great reputation in Rittenhouse, Philadelphia, seeking a Dentist Associate. We are looking for a highly motivated General Dentist with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, ability to handle routine and complex dental procedures, and is committed to the highest quality of patient care.

We are a fully-electronic office with no paper charts using Denticon. One of our associates is retiring and we are looking to have our new candidate fill that position.

We have worked hard to build the culture and confidence that our patients hold so dear.

· Guaranteed daily minimum with tiered commission-based pay

· Health insurance and retirement available

· Typically see patients 8 - 4pm

· Typically will work with 1 hygienist. Potential to add another Hygienist

We ask that the potential candidate meet the following credentials:

· Comfortable working with patients of all ages

· Team player that can adapt to the work environment

· Supervise office staff as well as hygienists and dental assistants

· Current license to practice dentistry in the state of PA, in good standing

· Must have valid malpractice insurance

Can perform following procedures:

• Restorative tx
• Cosmetic tx
• Root Canal tx
• Implants - Preferable
• Invisalign - Preferable
• Greater Philadelphia Area
• All levels of experience welcome

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $400,000.00 per year
