Associate Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in a variety of dental procedures. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient interactions, along with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and oral surgery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform a range of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics.
• Utilize dental software such as Open dental for patient management and medical documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance patient care efficiency.
• Educate patients about oral health, preventive care, and treatment options available.
• Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and techniques to provide the best patient outcomes.
• Perform same day treatment when necessary
• Willing to grow with the practise.

Experience

• A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required.
• New Graduate can apply
• Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $180,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
