We’re excited to welcome a skilled and compassionate dentist to join a thriving, family-oriented PPO practice near Seattle, WA. Nestled in the heart of the Sky Valley, our practice offers the perfect blend of small-town charm and easy access to city life—Seattle is just under an hour away.

You’ll be part of a modern, supportive practice environment with:

• 10 well-equipped operatories

• A consistent flow of new patients (average of 55 per month over the last three months)

• Strong hygiene support

• Mentorship opportunities available for newer providers

What You Can Expect:

• Competitive compensation with signing bonus (Estimated pay range: $180,000–$325,000 annually, based on 30% of collections and patient volume)

Requirements:

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice dentistry in the state of Washington
