What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and present treatment plans using visual aids
• Execute a wide range of procedures: Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, Dentures, Bridges
• Keep accurate patient records and maintain high documentation standards
• Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and practice protocols for a safe, compliant workplace
• Educate patients on oral health while building genuine, trusting relationships
• Collaborate with a passionate clinical and administrative team to deliver 5-star care
• Show up with a professional, team-player mindset and a strong work ethic
• Adapt in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with grace and efficiency

Who We’re Looking For:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid license to practice in Maryland
• Excellent technical proficiency in general dentistry procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patient-focused, ethical, and driven to provide top-tier care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
