Associate Dentist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry. This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing patient experiences and outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of dental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Perform dental procedures to provide comprehensive care such as restorative, prosthetic, oral surgery, extractions, and diagnostic. Ideal candidate would be proficient in clear aligner therapy as well as implants.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records using Dentrix and Dexis software.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures.
• Deliver exceptional patient care by addressing concerns and educating patients on oral health practices.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Previous experience in general dentistry is preferred; cosmetic and implantology dentistry experience is a plus..
• Strong skills in patient care, including the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages.
• Knowledge of relevant software systems such as Dentrix is advantageous.
