Associate Dentist

Position Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and experienced General Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and a strong commitment to patient care and continuing education.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine dental procedures (exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, etc.)
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
• Maintain accurate patient records using our digital systems
• Collaborate with our dental team and specialists as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Maintain professionalism with patients and staff; cultivate good working environment

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active North Carolina dental license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on clinical experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in digital dentistry and practice management software (preferred)
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: From $170,000.00 per year
