Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry practices. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their dental needs, performing various dental procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records. The Associate Dentist will contribute to a positive and welcoming environment within our dental clinic.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
  • Perform a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals utilizing endodontics techniques.
  • Implement four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures.
  • Maintain aseptic techniques to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all dental treatments.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment options tailored to individual needs.
  • Keep accurate medical records using dental software such as Epic or Eaglesoft.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
  • Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
  • Experience or familiarity with endodontics is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic or Eaglesoft is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.

Pay: $227,099.00 - $248,225.00 per year
